This might be a dumb question, but am I to understand that you only a unit 1" per turn? Is that for vehicles and infantry?
Thanks

Sorry, are you asking if they can move 1 inch per turn?
If so, no they may move up to their maximum AP each turn.
AP costs are on the Terrain chart.
Ex. A 1st Line squad can move up to 8 inches in clear terrain, but only 4 inches in city.
Units may only move once per turn regardless of AP.
Cheers,
Troy

Troy
Another question.
I know this game is for company size battles, but can SK be played with a battalion sized engagement? If so, how bogged down could it get?
Thanks again

This might be a dumb question, but am I to understand that you only a unit 1" per turn? Is that for vehicles and infantry? Thanks Hi, It's unlikely the original poster is still paying attention but I think the confusion here is that as a special case infantry and vehicles are allowed a minimum 1" move, even if the cost to enter the new terrain exceeded the unit AP. In effect, they expend all their movement to move 1". Troy's answer above addresses normal movement. Thanks, Tony

As well, we just conducted a battalion-sized engagement at a wargaming club (Trumpeter's) and it seemed to bog. However, this was with a group of 7 players, only 2 of which were relative experts. The expert players insisted that with people who know the rules it would go a lot faster even with larger units.
