Hi Troy Thanks for the combat example. Can I make a suggestion? (Take it or leave it) ROF reduced by 1 for teams targeting teams conducting Assault move – providing that the Assault firing team has line of sight to enemy/s that are firing at the members of the Assault teams.
In your example: The Russian MMG is laying down suppressive fire in all directions Would it be feasibly for the German MMG to only be allowed ROF 1 due to suppressive fire from Russian MMG The German infantry would not suffer from suppressive fire from the Russian MMG as it is not in the line of sight and thus retain its ROF. Thanks John

Thanks John,
One small issue with the reduced ROF is that some enemy units might not have a mulitple ROF. This creates a situation where a declared Assault Move has no effect on the enemy.
